  • Marketing, growth, demand and pipeline: Identify what’s really driving demand, what’s noise, and where to focus to build repeatable growth and pipeline

  • Partnerships and non-linear growth: Partnerships, channels, platform moves, distribution wedges - the things that can change the slope without burning the team out

  • Board-level clarity: Connect strategy to operating reality - what we’re doing, why, how we’ll measure it, and what the board needs to see

  • Exit strategy + M&A delivery: Get clear on what “a good exit” looks like, what buyers will care about, and what has to be true to make it executable

A board-grade diagnostic that surfaces the few issues most likely to derail a raise or scale-up phase - and turns them into a prioritised execution blueprint

If there’s a fit, the Audit becomes the basis for an advisory cadence or a focused sprint. If not, you still walk away with clarity and a plan.

  • Scale Audit: interviews + lightweight evidence review, then a clear readout and blueprint
     

  • Ongoing support (optional): advisory cadence, targeted sprints, or helping you bring in the right specialist support where needed
